Social Work Software no longer offers the product ClientTouch SE.
If your agency decides to create extra reports for ClientTouch SE or to migrate data out of ClientTouch SE, then a technology called ODBC could help. (ODBC stands for Open DataBase Connectivity.) Provided below are several files related to ODBC. Instructions for Using ODBC with Client Service Tracker: This setup file will install on your computer some instructions that you can read regarding ODBC and ClientTouch SE. The instructions are in Adobe PDF format. (If you do not have Adobe PDF Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe at www.adobe.com.) The file you download is a setup program that installs the instruction document. You can download this setup file to your computer, store it in a place where you will be able to get at it (such as your Windows desktop), then run it. Download Now. ODBC Driver for Advantage Database: This driver will allow an ODBC-compliant tool, such as Microsoft Access, to retrieve and/or to modify the data in ClientTouch SE. The file is a setup program that installs the ODBC driver. You can download it to your computer, store it in a place where you will be able to get at it (such as your Windows desktop), then run it. Download Now. Example of Access Databases using ODBC driver: This Microsoft Access database illustrates ways that Access can be used to retrieve data from ClientTouch SE and make reports. You must already have Microsoft Access installed on your computer to use this database. This file is a setup program that installs the Access database. (It actually installs three copies of the Access database, one in Access 97 format, one in Access 2000 format, and one in Access 2002 format.) You can download this setup file to your computer, store it in a place where you will be able to get at it (such as your Windows desktop), then run it. Download Now.
