Social Work Software is a privately-owned company based in southwestern Ohio, with customers in over a dozen states. Its ClientTouch® software is designed to help social service agencies perform client intake, tracking and reporting.

Social Work Software was founded in October 1996. The software product that became ClientTouch (no longer available) was released as Version 1 in April 1998. Version 2 was released in the fall of 1999. ClientTouch SE was released in August 2002. ClientTouch Version 3 was released in November 2005. Client Service Tracker was released in March 2007.
